The Story

Your Next Chapter
Starts Here

I designed Pebbles for comfortable, full-time living, but I knew I’d also be taking her on some crazy adventures. I came up with a layout that felt like me—and it even won an award at the 2022 Adventure Van Expo!

Food and cooking are my passions, so the kitchen came first. I needed room to create, space for my extensive collection of ingredients and gadgets, and a setup that worked for off-grid living. A shower was a must, and I couldn’t live without a cozy bed. Add in plenty of storage and a few high-end touches, and it’s a wonder I fit it all into one van.

I put hundreds of hours into Pebbles. I wired every circuit, cut every piece of wood, and made about a thousand trips to the hardware store. I’m so proud of the van I lovingly created, and I can’t wait to see who takes her on her next chapter.

The Kitchen

Cook Anywhere

I wanted cooking on the road to feel like cooking at home—with room to spread out, make a meal, and enjoy the view through the open door.

12V Isotherm refrigerator and freezer
Deep 20″ × 18″ sink with drinking water filtration
Generous countertop workspace and extensive cabinet and drawer storage

Magnetic knife block
110V outlets under the sink and hidden in the countertop

The Bed

Wake Up Somewhere New

I wanted a comfortable place to wind down after a day outside. Somewhere to read, sleep in, and take a slow morning before heading out again.

Espar diesel heater
Maxxair roof fan and three opening windows: two at the bed, one in the kitchen

The Electrical

Off-Grid Freedom

I designed Pebbles for longer stays away from hookups, with room in the day for both work and exploring. Finding a place you want to linger should be part of the fun.

Skip the Campground Showers

I wanted the privacy and convenience of getting ready in my own space. After a dusty hike or a rainy day outside, it’s good to come home and wash up.

Composting toilet
Electric water heater and outdoor shower

What You’re Driving

I built Pebbles for the stretches of road between destinations as much as the time spent parked. She’s been carefully maintained, and I’m ready to see where her next owner takes her.
